I don't remember. I think I have a really bad case of dossier-amnesia or something. But I don't think we cut them apart. 2. Didn't have blood tests for the homestudy physical. Had to get blood drawn for an AIDS test for the VN dossier because the letter specifically said "XX does not have HIV". Never got a TB test at all. 1. I don’t remember. They were cut into individual ones when I picked them up from RiteAid so I didn't have a choice. 2.) We didn't even have blood tests done.
