You Can Relax
You will be happy to know that Dharma made it safely to Houston where she is now sitting happily, warm and cozy, awaiting my arrival tomorrow. What? You weren’t sitting around anxiously pacing about our car’s wellfare?! Oh. Well, whatever. Just look at how happy she looks?
Our car guys ROCK - they risked life and limb to get our sweet Dharma to her destination, driving through tornados, storm warnings and high winds. I hope they got a few stories out of it. Haha.
A lot going on in the next 24 hours including the ::gulp:: loss of our DVRs because the cable office isn’t open tomorrow. And also we have to clean up the house, pack up the van an dget out of here. There was some mumblings of packing up the cable modem but HECK NO! We’ll ship it back to them. I’m not giving up the cable modem AND the DVR until I’m ready to board a plane.
I won’t have an internet connection after tomorrow until Monday so if I don’t update tomorrow, you won’t hear from me until I, too, am warm and cozy in Houston. Of course the temp is supposed to drop and I may actually need my coat. Oh, the irony!!
I have tons of great pictures, videos and fun stuff to share early next week when I get our camera cord unpacked. I have pictures of one of our kids losing 10 inches of hair, we’ll have another kid’s talent show pics to share and some insane videos from our last few days here in the house including some incriminating video of our boys misbehaving! Haha. I threatened one of our kids that I’d post his transformation on youtube but this video is even better. It’s so fun to be a Mom and have all the power and control! hahahaha
Oh and for anyone who has tried to email me, I can’t get ANY email until next week and I haven’t for several days. So I’m not ignoring, I just have no access. And also I have no google toolbar which means all my spelling errors are showing. So Paige, if you read this, please don’t point out all my errors, ok?! Thanks

Good luck with these last few days of the move and then all the days of getting settled with Pedro. That is the new house name, right? Now, when the next presidential election comes around and I stick my “Vote For Pedro” window cling in my Suburban, I’ll think of you. And I’ll probably wish I COULD vote for a house.

She had a name? Did the boys know that? Boy it woulda been a whole different story if they knew she was a girl car !! (LOL!)
