Because I didn’t learn my lesson the first time…
Here is Addy-Mai, giving us her daily sassy “You aren’t going to take it away now, are you?” look because after whining all morning long I finally gave in and let her have the “What the Heo” pin that came free with her “What the con heo?” t-shirt from Be Oi she is modeling for us here. I have to say she looks adorable in navy
Since the scissor incident from two days ago wasn’t lesson enough, I thought we’d walk on the wild side and let her play with this choking hazard and sharp stabbing implement all in one!
No really, she loves accessories. Necklaces, bracelets, pins, you name it. She really did beg all morning for this pin and after I pinned it on her shirt, she was totally content. Never touched it again. If you don’t believe me, check out the block tower video from a few days back. She’s just like that.
Wish I could say the same about plugs in the wall, of which she is newly obsessed. This is the first time in the whole history of parenting the gaggle of children that I have ever had to buy these plug covers. She just can not stand the idea that there is something she could plug and unplug or take out and in. It is too tempting.

I agree, she looks great in navy. I’m glad she didn’t go all hysterical on you during the scissor incident. That’s the way my son is, too. But my girls? One drop of blood and they’re howling at the top of their lungs!

The outlet covers have been required in our house since day one of child one… however, that’s mostly because my husband is obsessive/compulsive about chld safety. Wait until she’s three and learns to take them off. It is possible, and my youngest has done it (which freaked my dh out *lol*). Anywho, love the shirt!
