Still Sick After All

Addy is still battling her Thanksgiving Day cold. She woke up today with a (very very low grade) fever and she’s been sort of out of sorts all day.
I wish I could just blame her cold on this “look of the day”.
Yesterday I saw this Dora nightgown and bought it for Addison who is in love with Dora. She squealed with delight and literally has not taken it off since.
But she insists on wearing one arm out. All day. No matter what. I have replaced that arm in its sleeve 100 times and she just keeps taking it out. Now she just thinks its funny.
This marks a new milestone - this week Addy learned to get her shirts and dresses off (in addition to her shoes, socks, underwear and pants). So we are now officially slaves to Addy’s sense of fashion. I was hoping this day would come when she was, say, 5 or so! haha.
She’s also obsessed, as usual, with my old camera. Even though its quite heavy, she’ll carry it around on her neck and try to snap pictures with it. She thinks its so funny when I take pictures of her taking pictures of me!
Hopefully no one else gets this cold and she feels better soon. Although I have to admit I’m rather liking being a slave to the house. All our fall activities are winding to a close: this weekend is the last soccer game for Noah, Dalton’s season ended a week ago and homeschool co-op is over until the spring. I’m feeling free!

Awwwww she’s precious!!! Avery has that nightgown and she also wears it a ton, however, Avery puts both arms in :-)~

OMG she is soooooo cute. I hope she feels better soon. Brenden and Bella have both had pneumonia in the last month. She is getting so big and soooo much hair.

Can I just say that Addy looks 3!!! She looks like a big girls now. And her hair is soo pretty tied to the side. And the nightgown is great. I went into get Mimi after her nap, no shirt and no socks, I guess that meant she wasn’t getting any service! He.

Your kiddo is such a hoot. I know I’ve never met her, but I just love that child. She’s so pretty and SO full of personality! As far as the nightgown goes, you may just have a trendsetter on your hands. I mean, why dress the exact way everyone else does, right?
So sorry she’s still feeling sicky. What she has is hanging around our house, too. :o(
Does Addy say, “Say cheese!” when she’s “taking” pictures? Too cute.

You’re lucky it is still wrm enough out down there to play soccer! It was 28 fahrenheit this morning in Royal Oak!
