I’d love to know how you did the first one. I think I can guess at the rest, but the first one, without the use of Photoshop, is messing with my mind.

I actually didn’t use photoshop for any of them except the smoke and that was just contrast balance. The top one: I was metering with the knife, setting up for the other shots, when I got that shot. It is by far my favorite shot and it was just luck.

Woman! Great shots!!! I was on DPS Forums checking out how the lady with the apple and water drop photo set up her photo. I think my only problem will be that I do not have manual focusing. Which is going to make it really tough to get my camera to focus on the water drops and not the sink or bowl or whatever is my background.

Anyway, amazing! I told myself I had to try it this weekend! You beat me to it!! :D

Pop by the Cafe, have a crazy award that I feel my fellow moms may especially be able to relate to…I am not giving it out, you have to snag it, as I shall not judge, lest I be judged. :)

      Hi Nikki,
I haven’t emailed since we left for Vietnam…in September. It has been a whirlwind with our girl, Juliet. But I wanted to thank you for all of the help before we left and also to tell you I love this blog. The photography, the wonderful entries…just great. You’ve inspried me to start one. Hopefully I can keep it up.
