That pic with all of the moving boxes is impressive. If you ‘re getting rid of them, the moving company Two Men and a Truck is hosting a YouTube contest to find the best re-use of boxes. Just record a video and submit and your family could win $1000.

First of all, I’m loving the playhouse. I know a little girl who would be thrilled to call it her own. Good job on the painting!

Second, I would have lost my mind on the packing thing. I can’t get over the fact that the movers screwed that up so bad. I mean, I get irked if the bag boy doesn’t bag the groceries like I think he should. I take great pains to put like things together on the conveyor belt to make it easier on the bag boy. Unfortunately, I still get home with can goods bagged with the bread and chips, or something like that. I’m honestly so sorry that you are having to deal with that particular situation! Argh!

I love the playhouse. We are getting new carpet this week in the whole house except bedrooms. We have painted almost the whole downstairs. So I totally know what you mean. We have been here 2 months though…..LOL I’m letting Jesse pick out paint this weekend for his room and hope to get that done. I need to take pics.

Have you tried looking through Ikea? There might be a store near by if not you can still pull up their online catalog for storage ideas.

Also have you looked at the stencils from stencil-library.com. They are great
