Where in the world are we?
So I thought it would be fun (or lame but we’ll go with fun ok?) to post hints throughout the week and see who can guess where we are spending the week this week. I’ll post some photos as I take them. If you already knew before we left home, you are exempt from asking.
I’m soooo sunburnt from our festivities yesterday which sucks because after changing into her Dora the Explorer nightgown, she insisted on putting on her swimsuit and going swimming. Our hotel room overlooks the pool. The LAST thing I want to do is go swimming. Ouch. My shoulders hurt just thinking about it. But Tony’s off with the car and we are hotel-bound for a few hours so I’m going to have to get creative with the entertainment if we won’t be going to the pool. Because it also happens to be nap time and what do you think the chances are that this one baby will take a nap in a hotel room with three other kids and a dog?! Unlikely, at best.
So here are your first hints:
1) We are not in Vietnam
2) It is above 70 degrees
3) When I look out my OTHER hotel window (the one that doesn’t face the pool) what I see are strip malls and anchor stores as far as the eye can see.
Did I give you enough to work with?! Haha.

I know, I know!! But I promise not to ruin the fun for the others. Hope you guys have fun. I HATE sunburn more than anything. It is so painful.

The mall comment is making me think Florida. If you are in Florida take care of that sunburn. Another sunburn is the last thing you need. I hate sunburn.

Are you in Galveston? or Padre Island. Watch out for hazy days as that is the worst time for sunburn. I got a 2nd degree burn in Galveston when the sun wasn’t even out.
