I am still having a really hard time collecting my thoughts on ANYTHING. I have tons of pictures (TONS) and lots to say about our awesome beach weekend but it will have to wait until I can put together an actual coherent sentence. Until then, just a few pics of my Beach Babe.

By the way….this swimsuit? See those baggie bottoms? 6-12 months. See that short top? 2T. I noticed that she dropped off the growth chart for weight and height-for-weight. I have no idea how I’ll dress her this winter if she doesn’t gain some pounds.

I saw this mustache in a vending machine and just HAD to get it for Teegan, it was so gawdy. Addy thought about his new look for awhile and at dinner she finally told him “That’s disgusting. It makes me sick.”. Ha. She’s a girl who doesn’t mince words.

Why, oh why, Starbucks must you constantly add new products to your line that lure me back in right when I’ve finally weaned myself and my pocketbook off of you for good?!?!? Just when I had written off drinks like the Frappacino becuase of its ridiculous empty caloric value and fat levels (not to mention price) and drank myself to death on Passion Tea Lemonades to the point where I am happy to never see one again, now we have the Vivanno.

How can I resist something that tastes so good. Because Chocolate! Banana! And packed with protein and fiber! I tell myself it will replace a meal (and then some because it is really REALLY filling). This three times in as many days.  Oh Starbucks, my children will not go to  college because of you!

Today marks 2 years since the day we first “met Miss Mai through pictures. It honestly feels like a lifetime ago, so much has happened since then and this girl before us right now is nothing like the girl in the picture.

Addison loves her referral photo. She looked at it approvingly, closed her eyes and held it close to her body and said “I love this baby!”. We already tell her about a time she lived far away in Vietnam but all she cares about is Pinkalicious (we are winning the battle of the books!) and dressing up her magnet doll.

The joy this little girl brings into my life on a minute-to-minute basis can’t even be described in words.

We forgot to take a picture of her on her referral-a-versary last year but we did take her picture-with-picture on her G&R date just six months ago. Look how tiny she looks just six months ago!
